Refund Policy

Overview

Because game keys are digital products that become non-returnable once revealed or redeemed, our refund policy differs from physical goods. We aim to be fair and transparent in every case.

Eligible for Refund

• Invalid or duplicate key — If a key you received is already redeemed, expired, or does not work, contact us within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
• Wrong product delivered — If you received a key for a different game or platform than what you ordered.
• Technical failure — If our system failed to deliver the key and the order was charged.

Not Eligible for Refund

• Key already redeemed — Once a valid key has been successfully redeemed on the target platform, it cannot be refunded.
• Change of mind — We cannot refund purchases simply because you no longer want the game.
• Price drops — If the price of a game drops after your purchase, we are unable to issue a partial refund.
• Region mismatch — Please verify region compatibility before purchasing. Region info is displayed on each product page.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@servethekey.com with your order ID and a description of the issue.
2. Include screenshots or proof if the key is invalid (e.g., platform error message).
3. Our support team will review your request within 1-2 business days.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
• In some cases, we may offer a store credit or replacement key instead.

Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the refund decision, you may escalate by replying to the support email thread. We will have a senior team member review the case within 10 business days.
