What is ServeTheKey?
ServeTheKey is an online store specializing in digital Steam game activation keys. We source genuine keys from authorized distributors and deliver them quickly after purchase.
How do I receive my game key after purchase?
Immediately after your payment is confirmed, your game key is displayed on the order confirmation page. You can also find all your purchased keys in your account under "My Orders" at any time.
What platforms are supported?
We currently offer Steam game keys (PC/Mac/Linux). Each product page clearly shows which platform the key is for. We may expand to additional platforms in the future.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is automatic and typically completes within minutes after payment confirmation. There is no shipping or waiting period — it's a digital product delivered at zero cost.
What if my key doesn't work?
If you receive a key that is invalid, already redeemed, or doesn't activate on the correct platform, contact us within 48 hours at support@servethekey.com with your order ID and a screenshot of the error. We'll issue a replacement or full refund.
How do I request a refund?
Email support@servethekey.com with your order ID and the reason for your request. We review refund requests within 1-2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. See our full Refund Policy for eligible and ineligible cases.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards processed securely through a PCI DSS-compliant payment provider. All transactions are protected by 3D Secure authentication. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Is it safe to buy here?
Yes. We use industry-leading security measures: HTTPS encryption across the entire site, PCI DSS-compliant payment processing handled by a third-party gateway, tokenized card handling (your card data never touches our servers), and 3D Secure verification for every transaction.
Can I cancel my order?
Because game keys are delivered digitally, orders cannot be cancelled once the key has been revealed. If you haven't viewed or used the key and need assistance, contact our support team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
